How we’re keeping you safe

During these difficult times we want to reassure our customers that we are taking all the necessary precautions as well as following government guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

We are still offering a full range of repairs, services, and installation appointments.

How are you operating under Tier 3 restrictions?

In accordance with lockdown restrictions, our essential-service engineers can function as usual. We’re still able to offer a full range of repair, service and installation appointments to our customers across Stockport and Manchester.

How will engineers operate safely during visits?

During your phone consultation, we’ll ask if anyone in your household:

  • Has Covid-19 symptoms
  • Has been told to self-isolate
  • Is shielding or vulnerable

Our engineers are following recent guidelines by:

  • Washing/sanitising their hands before and throughout your appointment
  • Sanitising their work area after the job
  • Always keeping at least two metres away from you
  • Wearing a disposable facemask as appropriate during the job

I have an appointment, but i think I could have coronavirus?

If anyone in your household exhibits coronavirus symptoms in the 14 days before our visit OR has been asked to self-isolate, please cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling 0800 014 7199 or 0161 549 1009.

How are you protecting vulnerable customers?

Ensuring the safety of vulnerable customers is our top priority. That’s why we prioritise the calls of vulnerable customers and make certain that our engineers wear the appropriate PPE at all times. Our engineers will maintain a safe social distance and sanitise their hands and work area. The customer may also request that the engineer enters the property from an alternative entrance in order to avoid passing through other rooms unnecessarily.
